Winning the NAIA World Series Championship last year, the Westmont men’s baseball team put the school on the map. With all of the success the Warriors faced with winning the World Series Championship, they decided to reflect and host their ring ceremony, a special moment for players, alumni and the entire college.
Warrior baseball reached new heights, helping the school move up to Division II competition. The ceremony began with all of 2022-2023 Westmont baseball alumni and players sharing vivid memories from the field. They spoke about their phenomenal run and season last year, reflecting on the Westmont baseball program and all the hard work they put into the season.
President of Westmont College, Gayle Beebe came out and said some words about the program and what it means to Westmont College. The players got their ring at last, as they cherished this moment with their family, friends and coaches.
Isaac Veal, first-year Westmont baseball athlete, shared his experience at the ceremony. “It was a wonderful experience to see all the hard work and dedication these players put into the game pay off,” Veal said.
The Westmont baseball ring ceremony was a heartfelt tribute to the team’s achievements, reminding everyone of the school’s tradition of excellence and all the bright futures ahead.
